Our Vision

"A state where the zip code you're born in doesn't determine the economy you inherit."

Prosper exists to close the gap between the communities that have always had access to capital and the ones that built this state but got left out of the recovery. We work county by county, program by program, handshake by handshake.

Our Mission

Not bureaucratic
theater.
Measurable results.

Every grant we administer, every site we certify, every workforce program we fund — it's tracked to a specific employer, a specific county, a specific job that didn't exist before. We report publicly. We answer for the numbers. That accountability is the whole point.

Main Street Revitalization

Turning vacant storefronts into economic anchors

The Storefront Activation Grant covers up to 50% of renovation costs for qualifying downtown properties. We pair funding with business coaching, historic preservation guidance, and a network of local lenders who understand that a coffee shop on Main Street is an infrastructure investment.

"We had the building, we had the idea — Prosper gave us the capital and the coaching to actually open. Twelve months later we employ nine people from this neighborhood."

Infrastructure & Connectivity

Last-mile broadband for communities still on dial-up economics

The Rural Connectivity Fund routes federal BEAD dollars through a streamlined state matching program. County managers apply once — we handle the ISP negotiations, right-of-way permitting coordination, and quarterly progress reporting to NTIA so your staff can focus on deployment.

"We went from a 12% broadband penetration rate to 74% in 18 months. That's not a statistic — that's kids doing homework, businesses staying, and new employers taking our calls."

Site Selection & Workforce

Brokering the handshake between global manufacturers and local talent

Our Site Selection Concierge team responds within 48 hours to RFI submissions, providing certified site data, utility capacity reports, and direct introductions to regional workforce boards. We have pre-negotiated incentive packages for advanced manufacturing, data centers, and logistics operations above 200 jobs.

"We shortlisted three states. Prosper was the only team that showed up with data, not brochures. They connected us to the workforce board on day two. We broke ground eight months later."
